Membership is not required for treatment, however for our regulars who want to save a little more...

There are no initiation or set-up fees associated with the membership. You may use any major credit card to sign up, and then for your ease, payment is charged monthly to that same card. There's no minimum commitment required. You may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice. Membership privileges and discounts are non-transferrable and can only be utilized by the member.
